Experience the vibrant atmosphere of the 2027 Brightlingsea Regatta with our trading stalls for Saturday 24th July only. Perfect for vendors of all types, these stalls provide ample space to showcase your products and services.
- Dimensions: 3m x 3m
- Note: You are buying the space and have to provide your own stall/tables etc.
- Need a bigger space? If you need a 6m x 3m space, please buy two 3m x 3m stalls.
- PLEASE NOTE, WE CANNOT ACCEPT ICE-CREAM VAN BOOKINGS ON HERE – IF YOU MAKE A BOOKING YOU WILL BE REFUNDED LESS A 10% ADMIN FEE

Generators are not allowed, if you need power please let us know in the relevant box when booking – please bear in mind power is only available at the Sailing Club area. Please tell us which area you wish to be in and the committee will take your request in consideration. Once we have done the final stall layout plan, which will be a couple of weeks in advance of the event, we do reserve the right to make last minute stall changes should the need arise.
We do not offer category or sector exclusivity, so if you are worried about the potential of being alongside competing businesses please contact us before making a booking.
We will be awarding up to four charities a free stall, please visit our charity page to apply for this. Unsuccessful applications will be able to purchase stalls at the standard rate.
Businesses/charities based in Brightlingsea or Thorrington: Use LOCAL at checkout for your 50% discount. Your business needs to be based within the boundaries of Brightlingsea or Thorrington Parish Councils. We will check your billing postcode and cancel any bookings that are from outside these areas trying to use the discount code.
The two zones are:
- Waterside (no power, up to 27 stalls, no burger or hot dog stalls)
- The Sailing Club Car Park (no hot food or drink vendors allowed in this area, up to ten stalls, limited power available on request)
No alcohol vendors are allowed at any of the zones.
