Apply for a Free Charity Stall at the Brightlingsea Regatta 2027
The Brightlingsea Regatta is proud to support local charities and good causes by offering a limited number of free stall spaces at this year’s event on 24 July 2027. These stalls provide an opportunity for non-profit organisations to engage with the community, raise awareness, and fundraise for their cause.
Who Can Apply?
We are inviting applications from registered charities, community groups, and non-profit organisations that provide value to the local community. The Regatta Committee will review all applications and select four organisations to receive a free stall space.
What’s Included?
- A 3m x 3m stall space at the Regatta.
- The opportunity to promote your cause, raise funds, and engage with visitors.
- Listing on the Regatta website and social media as one of our selected groups.
How to Apply
If your organisation would like to be considered for a free stall, please email us at brightlingsearegatta@gmail.com with the following information.
- Charity/Organisation Name
- Registered Charity Number (if applicable)
- Contact Name & Email
- Phone Number
- Website/Social Media Links (if applicable)
- Tell us about your organisation (brief summary of what you do and who you support)
- What would you use your stall for at the Regatta? (e.g., fundraising, awareness, activities, etc.)
Selection Process
The Regatta Committee will review all applications and notify the selected charities by the end of March. Unfortunately, due to space limitations, we can only offer four free stalls, but all applicants are welcome to book a paid stall if they wish to participate.
